Intro to Rowing – with Tony Medina

picture1No matter your body type or fitness level, rowing is for you. The biggest myth about rowing is that it is solely an upper body workout. Rowing works 9 major muscle groups, and offers an amazing low impact cardio workout to get your whole body in great shape, and relatively quickly. This workshop will introduce you to the Concept 2 machine, the proper rowing stroke, common errors and how to avoid them, and how to set up your rowing log. Join Tony Medina, group instructor and rowing extraordinaire, as he shares his expertise and helps you learn the keys to efficient rowing and how to execute them to help you become a rower for life. H.I.I.T Boxing – with Castor Guzman

What do you get when you blend bag boxing with high  intensity interval strength and cardio training? H.I.I.T boxing is nonstop fun and a great workout of punching and kicking on the bag, mixed with strength and cardio training! Set to fast paced music, this class will help get you into great shape. Beginner Fit – with Danny Nuttman

picture2This class is for all fitness levels from beginners on up. You will learn foundational movement from the 4 basic lifts, Squats, Deadlifts, Bench and Shoulder press. The intensity will increase each week. If you would like learn how to gain strength and become prepared to move into more advanced strength training classes, this is for you. Advanced Fit – with Danny Nuttman

Everything is easier if you can lift heavy stuff properly. We will work on building strength in 4 basic lifts – Bench Press, Shoulder Press,  Deadlift and Squat. Supplementary exercises will be added to help develop the big 4 and challenge you physically. Members, click here to sign up.

Yoga for Runners – with Frank Yanagimachi
