Our complimentary group exercise schedule includes 40 group classes per week, featuring yoga, pilates, barre, indoor cycling, cardio kickboxing and much more. The Bainbridge Athletic Club is pleased to bring you a well-rounded team of fitness professionals to service all of your needs. Fitness Strategy Session
Upon purchasing your first personal training package, members receive a complimentary, comprehensive fitness strategy session to determine where you are, where you want to go, and how we can get you there safely and effectively.
The strategy session includes the following screening: ambient heart rate and blood pressure, weight, circumference and body fat, sub-max VO2 with Polar Fitness Test (cardiovascular endurance), and a two part movement screen .
All members are welcome and encouraged to sign up for a Smart Start Fitness Orientation (Saturdays at 12:15 pm or for Silver Sneakers members Tuesdays at 12:15 pm). This complimentary class includes a walk through of the fitness floor with one of our personal trainers and an explanation of the equipment.
**Just a reminder — For their safety, all youth ages 10 through 15 are required to pass a Junior Fitness Certification (ages 10-13) or go through a Youth Orientation (ages 14-15) prior to working out with the weight equipment. (Members under the age of 14 and without a Junior Fitness Certification must be supervised by a parent 100% of the time.) Please click here to learn more about our youth regulations.
