Katherine treats each client differently, recognizing that every individual is unique in what motivates them and what keeps them on track. Growing up as an athlete, she played lacrosse through college and she continues to be an avid tennis player. After having children and approaching mid-life, Katherine struggled with weight and depression. However, she has also experienced the turn-around that diet, exercise and mindfulness can make in having a positive life experience.
In addition to being one of our trainers, she is also a certified life and health coach. Her approach is to really listen to the individual and partner with them to break down barriers and walls while motivating clients to make changes in a slow and steady manner; learning how to maintain the positive changes.
