Our Group Exercise classes are designed to meet the average exerciser with a safe, sound, and entertaining workout across the many genres of group fitness . While our complimentary classes can accommodate beginners and advanced participants, we focus our specialty programming on those users who want a smaller class size with more individual attention; spending time on form and specialized equipment or practice.
